Guadalajara is the province of Castilla-La Mancha with the highest number of agreements obtained in mediation

One more year, Guadalajara where the most resort is Labor Arbitration Jury as a method of conflict resolution.

During the presentation of balance of activity of the FoundationSusana Blas, provincial delegate of Economy and Employment, has highlighted this figure of increase in the number of files processed by 27.3 percent.

It represents 18 points more increase than last year, 2020, and almost 12.5 points above the regional average.

Origin of conflicts

The origin of the conflicts has been studied and 90.5 percent have been related to conflicts over the interpretation and/or application of the Social Jurisdiction Law.
