• Serve as a liaison between the debtor and creditors to transfer a payment plan with a view to reaching an agreement in bankruptcy mediation.
• Prepare a payment plan and a business viability plan, which allows the continuity of the professional or business activity.
• Legal operator in extrajudicial payment agreements.
• Intervention in bankruptcy proceedings when the second chance mechanism is activated.
• Supervision and direction of the bankruptcy procedure from its beginning to the end.
• Being the bankruptcy administrator in a consecutive bankruptcy.
