The course University of Specialization in Civil, Commercial and Family Mediation, accredited by the Ministry of Justice (ID #18531), it will permit you:
- Meet the requirement of specific training for work as a mediator in Spain.

- Own title issued by the International Mediation School accredited by the Ministry of Justice
- Degree issued by the Miguel de Cervantes European University
Plan of studies
The International School of Mediation bases its programs on:
- The professional skills (general, transversal and specific) What every mediator should have to intervene in conflicts from public or private institutions.
- The requirements established in the state regulations on civil and commercial mediation and The different regional regulations on family mediation.
Likewise, the training is structured into subjects that are evaluated independently, in which the work methodology is very practical, so that student participation is actively encouraged. A flexible 100 % methodology where students can combine it with any parallel activity.

Methodology of course
The course University Specialization in Civil, Commercial and Family Mediation It will be taught practically through the e-learning platform Campus EIM Mediation. The delivery is 100% online, of the 380 hours of training, 90 practical hours. Below, we highlight the main characteristics of our methodology:
- Video-classes: You can watch the classes whenever you want and as many times as you need.
- Live online sessions with the teaching team in all subjects.
- Monitoring and assistance with the different tutors of each of the subjects.
- Virtual campus: You have everything you need to train as a mediation professional on the EIM campus: masterclass, teachers, classmates, library, teaching resources, work schedule, messaging, forums and much more from your computer, tablet or mobile.
- Didactic resources: You will have access to different learning resources to complete your training, complementary readings, diagrams with key ideas, self-assessment tests, etc.
- Resolution of doubts: You will be able to raise any questions that may arise during the study or completion of the internship through the online platform, through a forum or through the messaging provided by the platform, and by email.
