Family mediator in Madrid
Requirements
- Degree in Law, or any other degree or studies equivalent to it.
- Qualification in Family Mediation. At least 100 hours of specialized training in Family Mediation.
- Able to analyze and solve problems, flexibility, technical and personal reliability, interpersonal communication and Negotiation Skills.
- Part-time with a duration of 1 to 2 years Salary Between €12,000 and €18,000 gross/annual.
- At least 1 year of experience and/or training in migrations and management of cultural diversity in the school environment.
Function
Guidance, advice and intervention in family mediation. Prevention or reduction of couple and intergenerational conflicts.

Would you like to work in the field of mediation?
At the Pere Tarrés Foundation we are looking for a Conflict Mediator for a mediation service located in Castelldefels to cover maternity leave.
Requirements
- University graduates in Social Sciences.
- Master's Degree in Conflict Mediation
- Minimum experience of 3 years performing mediator tasks
- Good level of Catalan
- Have a negative certificate for sexual crimes
Features
Disseminate the service, alternative conflict management, cooperative conflict resolution techniques and the promotion of improved communication between people, groups, organizations and institutions, within the framework of the culture of peace.
Network with the different municipal areas, institutions and entities of the territory to establish the necessary coordination, review the referral circuit or establish it if necessary and propose joint actions.
Manage conflicts made explicit by citizens addressed at the center and/or those derived from other municipal bodies or institutions, mediating mediation and other conflict resolution techniques.
Prevent escalation of conflict in already existing difficult situations, as well as in the future.
