The Government and the College of Economists of La Rioja will continue to promote Intrajudicial Commercial Mediation

The collaboration agreement between the Government of La Rioja and the College of Economists of La Rioja has recently been renewed to continue promoting and promoting the provision of the Intrajudicial Mediation Service in commercial matters.

The Rioja Executive, which currently allocates 10,000 euros to this service, according to the general director of Justice and Interior, Cristina Maiso, intends promote intrajudicial commercial mediation as an effective instrument to resolve conflicts peacefully in which the parties, due to their business ties, are likely to continue to have shared interests in the future.

The collaboration agreement also includes the development of concrete training actions aimed at all registered economists who wish to join this service, which has a team of lawyers-economists who work to help resolve disputes within the business sector in a quick and agile manner.

In addition to training, various information days with the aim of disseminating the values of commercial mediation, as well as the process procedure and its advantages over court trials.

The College of Economists of La Rioja carries out numerous specific training courses and defends the fundamental role of commercial mediation, since avoids the judicialization of many cases that would worsen if the parties are not allowed to reach a mutual agreement that benefits both and allows them to maintain possible business relations in the future.
