Required documentation

Requirements:

• Be carrying out a professional activity that qualifies you in some of the specialties of entrepreneurship, such as those relating to the exercise of Law, Economy and Finance, Public Management and Administration.
• Be in possession of a official university degree or bachelor's degree, in areas of knowledge about entrepreneurship, particularly in the areas of Business, Law, Economics and Finance, Public Management and Administration, or an official professional training degree in the Higher Level Training Cycle in Administration and Finance, among others. Exceptionally, those people who, not meeting the requirement of this article of having an official qualification, nevertheless, may be accredited as entrepreneurship mediators. prove a business career with a minimum of ten years of experience in the last twenty in the field of entrepreneurship, in at least twenty different entrepreneurial projects.
• Dispose of accredited experience in entrepreneurship for a total of at least five years during the last ten, implemented in at least ten different entrepreneurial projects. • To have completed specific training in entrepreneurship mediation, of at least 100 hours of teaching whose content must include, at least, what is related to the legal framework of the venture; the administrative processes and procedures for business creation; the economic, technical and financial matters inherent to the development of a business project; as well as the psychological aspects, ethics of mediation, processes and communication and negotiation techniques. Likewise, the entrepreneurship mediator must carry out one or more continuous training activities in entrepreneurship mediation, at least every five years and for a minimum duration of 20 hours.
• Subscribe a civil liability insurance that covers professional activity derived from his performance in the actions in which he intervenes.
