Navigating mediation It is the main topic on which it will be developed, in which we will work on the main doubts of online work in conflict management, its viability and above all, we will recalculate the mediator's route in handling cases through electronic means.
It will be directed by Juan Diego Mata, lawyer with more than 17 years of experience and now also a collaborating professor at EIM – International School of Mediation.
