With the aim of promoting this conflict resolution formula as an alternative to litigation, they are carried out daily, at the national level,  actions and dissemination initiatives and information to citizens.

In the case of Seville, we remember this news, from Europapress, of great importance for mediators and society in general. Starting in the second half of September, the courts of Seville will have an information point on mediation whose fundamental objective is to make citizens and justice professionals aware of the benefits that mediation provides as a conflict resolution system without the need to go to trial.

One fact that is highlighted in the news and that undoubtedly demonstrates the benefits of mediation is that in the case of the United Kingdom,  Only five percent of conflicts end up reaching the courts since mediation and arbitration resolve the majority of issues. The experience that has been launched in Malaga has also been highlighted, where the Commercial Court number 2 has already handled more than 1,500 derived cases since the pilot project for the first Information Point in Andalusia came into operation last October.
