The Barcelona Provincial Council will offer, through a telephone line, an Itinerant Citizen Mediation Service (SMIC). They will do so with the aim of “reducing tension” during confinement. It will be destined for municipalities in the province that do not have this service.
In this line, conflicts or divergences in neighborhood and family coexistence will be addressed. To request it, citizens will have to contact their City Council, either by telephone or email. It will then be when, from the Town Hall of each locality, the cases will be referred to the relevant professionals.
