The Spanish Chamber of Commerce presented on July 16 the Spanish Mediation Center (CEM) which was born with the objective of being a benchmark in business mediation in our country, in a context in which the business community will need a quick and effective way to resolve conflicts more than ever. The Minister of Justice, Juan Carlos Campo, participated in the event; the president of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce, José Luis Bonet; the president of the Spanish Mediation Center; the secretary general of the Chamber of Spain, Adolfo Díaz-Ambrona, Rafael Catalá, and the president of Grupo Planeta and Grupo Atresmedia, José Creuheras.
CEM is presented as an effective alternative to the courts of law and arises in a context in which companies will need a quick and effective way to resolve conflicts more than ever.
