Last Saturday November 15 The practical workshop of the Course took place in our facilities Civil and Commercial Mediation.
Two editions of said workshop were given in parallel, one in Madrid and another in Malaga.
The workshop of Madrid, focused training for Engineers interested in mediation, was taught by María Quero Mapelli, Graduated in Psychology from the Pontifical University of Comillas in 1998. She collaborates with different associations for the dissemination, training and development of mediation in different areas such as family, school, neighborhood and organizations. He is currently a family mediation member of the Madrid Association of Mediators.
In the workshop, they knew how to address and put into practice all the concepts that they have acquired during the e-learning training. Furthermore, the course was characteristic for using resources and practices typical of mediation, some of them oriented to the engineering sector.
On the other hand, in Malaga, stood out for the active participation of the students, in addition to their proactive attitude towards any proposed dynamic.
The trainers, on the one hand, Antonio Fernández Rojo, Graduate in Labor Sciences and Graduate in Labor Relations, Counselor of ISFAE, Higher Institute of Training and Counseling for Employment. He also intervenes in the resolution of labor, collective and individual conflicts in the province of Malaga, in SERCLA (Extrajudicial System for the Resolution of Labor Conflicts of Andalusia) and has extensive experience in Mediation and, on the other hand, Inmaculada Jiménez Martín, Lawyer and Mediator, president of the Solucion@ Association, showed as always their extensive knowledge in the sector, demonstrating at all times real practical cases that made the student the protagonist of their own learning.
Both training sessions included practical cases, role-playing and discussion of professional experiences, which made them very enriching days for all of us.
We thank you from Didactic Foundation XXI the willingness, interest and participation of both the students and the professionals who teach the program.
In a few weeks, participants will begin with the Mediator Registration process. They will have the opportunity to have the administrative support of our technicians so that they can obtain the registration as soon as possible.
In the near future we will publish the next call for the course. If you are interested, you can contact us.
