Three Spanish judges join the board of directors of the European Mediation Group

The board of directors of the European Mediation Group will have three Spanish judges: Rosalía Fernández Alaya She was unanimously appointed as president of the European Group of Magistrates for Mediation (GEMME); for his part, Lourdes Arastey will be in European affairs; and Carme Guil as deputy treasurer.

 

GEMME is a European society whose purpose is to promote alternative systems for conflict resolution. Created in 2004, in France, it is present in 29 countries. Its Spanish side was established as an association in 2007 and has a total of more than 250 judges, prosecutors, mediators and other professionals related to Mediation in Spain.
