On August 27, our webinar took place: "Mediation: a good alternative for minor offenders" More than 80 attendees attended the presentation given by the Dean Prosecutor of the Juvenile Section of the Malaga Prosecutor's Office, Isabel Fernández Olmo , and presented and directed by Susana Pérez, Director of the International School of Mediation and Gabriela Alés, Director of the Master in Mediation.
In this webinar, the Juvenile Prosecutor told us how mediation is a more than convenient tool, not only for resolving minor conflicts, but also contributes to their subsequent learning and reintegration. With a very high success rate, an 80% in processes with minors is a clear example to follow in the application of mediation in the jurisdiction with adults.
