Description:
We are looking for a motivated person to join our Real Estate Servicing department made up of 8 people as a real estate asset recovery mediator, reporting directly to the Director of the department (member of the management team). Its main function is the recovery by voluntary delivery of illegally occupied properties from our client's portfolio through mediation and friendly negotiation with the occupants of the home.
Minimum requirements:
– Completed school education (Baccalaureate or equivalent).
-Good presence/professionalism.
-Excellent organizational skills.
-Experience in using CRM or similar type applications.
-Good use of the internet, email and office tools (mainly Excel).
-License and ability to drive a motorcycle, although it is not essential to have it (the motorcycle can be provided by the company).
Features:
-Prepare occupational reports to determine the state of the home and the situation of the occupants (family, economic, reputational risk, etc.).
-Visit the home and contact the occupants to start a friendly negotiation so that they surrender the home voluntarily in exchange for financial help from the property to find alternative housing.
-Report a proposed agreement to the property for approval, coordinate and assist the voluntary takeover of the home in case of approval.
-Report daily the activity carried out in an application/CRM in relation to the assigned occupancy files, as well as the result of the mediation/negotiation with the occupants.
-Interact and coordinate with our client's operational team, responding to requests made to us.

Minimum requirements:
-Minimum one year experience in the real estate asset recovery sector.
