At the Red Cross in the Community of Madrid, we are looking for social mediators with languages to be able to work in different social emergency devices.
Requirements
- - Professional training of a superior level.
- – Accredited experience of at least 1 year as a social mediator.
- – Fluent language level: English and/or French
- – User level computer knowledge
Requirements to assess
- – Experience working with volunteers
- – Belong to some of the vulnerable population groups contemplated in the Spanish Red Cross employment plan
- – Be in possession of a disability certificate

- -Support in the design, planning of intervention actions and training of participants, developing functions and management specific to their knowledge and area of belonging.
- -Carry out actions to facilitate the integration of participants in the project.
- -Manage communication between the parties involved in the project.
- -Meet the demands and requests for information from the participants.
- -Manage and coordinate with public or private, internal or external entities linked to the activity carried out.

- -Experience as a mediator or intercultural mediator with immigrant minors in subsidized/private centers is valued.
- -Experience as an educator with immigrant minors in public child protection centers.
- -Experience as an educator with immigrant minors in concerted child protection centers is valued.
