Mediation stories
Around 13 secondary schools in Zamora promote mediation through stories.
These centers have participated in the First Mediation Story Contest organized by the Official College of Psychology of Castilla y León.
The main objective has been to deal with frequent issues of adolescence such as bullying, family or couple disputes through mediation and make it part of the lives of young people, as it allows them to work on conflict resolution from prevention.
Just like affirms the president of COPCYL, Nieves Andrés: “Mediation is the ideal way to solve these types of conflicts typical of adolescence, and that is why children must be educated from a young age so that they know all the tools at their disposal.”
