The lack of renewals in this field has made this problem worse, making us think that a modern system cannot depend exclusively on the jurisdiction, but must rely on others. instruments that facilitate resolving conflicts by avoiding going to court and thus streamlining the entire process.

We, aware of this importance, also believe that mediation is the perfect complement to jurisdiction, and even more so in times of covid like the current one, in which mediation has been established as an essential aspect to mitigate the high rate of litigation. that is expected as a consequence of this social and health crisis.
Mediation in Andalusia
The Ministry of Tourism, Regeneration, Justice and Local Administration in response to this situation has launched a new service dissemination, promotion and dissemination of an alternative means of conflict resolution or ADR (alternative dispute resolution).
The PIMAs o Information Points for mediation in Andalusia, understood as a free public service designated to publicize this alternative medium as solution to conflicts of all Andalusians.
In addition, work is being done on the development of a decree which will allow mediation to be regulated in Andalusia, as well as to prepare a registry of mediators that until now did not exist in our community.
An important step, which for the first time is being taken at an institutional level for the implementation of mediation in Andalusia, which is now here to stay.
