- Participate, together with the technicians and under the direction of the director and/or coordinator, in the educational process of the minor/young person, performing orientation, programming, execution and evaluation functions.
- Prepare and follow the intervention plan for each minor/young person or group.
- Organize daily life and attend to the needs of the units or groups in accordance with the provisions of current regulations and the instructions of the center's management, in order to promote the comprehensive development of minors and young people and their personal and social autonomy.
- Develop specific projects, within the annual programs, based on the needs of minors and young people when they go abroad when this is established, both for carrying out educational, training, work, health, leisure and free time activities, as for carrying out administrative or judicial procedures.
- Supervise the work of the educational technical assistant and controller.
Requirements
- Qualification compatible with the job: University education with a diploma or degree (preferably in Social Education) or a degree or degree in human, social, educational disciplines or having professional qualifications related to the work carried out at the Training Centers.
