Features:
Design intervention in conflicts: carrying out mediations (interviews and case analysis), registration of service data, coordination and management of the conflict with technicians, municipal officials and security cases, referral and monitoring of cases.
Requirements
– Degree in social or educational field: pedagogy, sociology, anthropology, social education, social work or psychology.
– Approved postgraduate degree in alternative conflict management and community mediation.
– Minimum experience of 2 years in municipal and school community projects and/or mediation.
-Experience in preparing reports and indicators.

Description
From the Pere Tarrés Foundation we are looking for two Night Mediators in Castelldefels.
A reduced working day of 6.5 hours per week is offered, the schedule is on Saturdays from 9 p.m. to 2 a.m. and 1 hour of coordination per week (coordination schedule to be agreed upon). Temporary contract of 6 months with the possibility of continuing. Immediate incorporation.
The selected people will be in charge of raising awareness among people who use public spaces at night about COVID19 safety measures (mask, distance...). You will also have to manage and resolve possible conflicts related to nightlife in public spaces in the area.
We are thinking of a professional with training in the social and/or mediation field (educator, integrator or mediator) with previous experience in social intervention on the street and conflict resolution.
