Job Description
Looking for 1 position as a social mediator in Malaga for August.
Features
- Carry out trips to pick up people and accompany them, within the province.
- Carry out transfers and accompaniment to Reception facilities (CEAR First Reception).
- Communicate the results of the collections to the emergency-Ukraine team and the PA team;
- Inform and advise beneficiaries about the reception conditions and available services.
- Collaborate and accompany the beneficiaries in carrying out procedures for access to services or management of resources. Identify people with special needs.
- Refer beneficiaries to the organization's internal/external services when formal technical assessment is not required.
- Look for first-class resources in the delegation.
- Support the delegation's PA team in other needs detected (registrations, delivery of kits, monitoring of host families)
- Provide support in the interpretation and punctually in the translation of documents.
Requirements
- Professional training in Social Integration, Intercultural Mediation, sociocultural animation or similar, or equivalent academic training or, failing that, with knowledge acquired in the performance of their profession.
- With experience in the sector comparable to training.
- Languages: Ukrainian, Russian and/or advanced English.
- Demonstrable experience of at least 2 years in similar positions.
- Experience and knowledge of working with groups such as in the formulation, design and execution of workshops and group activities.
- Experience in social intervention in the field related to the group of migrants and/or refugees.
