- Assess, in response to each request for service, the possibilities of the Community Mediation and Restoration Service for intervention in that conflict, taking into account the circumstances of the conflict and the capabilities of the users, in order to opt for the positive conflict management methodology that may lead to a more efficient outcome (such as mediation, facilitation, negotiation assistance, conciliation or restorative practices).
- When appropriate, dismiss the case because it does not fit any of the assumptions of intervention from the Community Mediation and Restoration Service, and refer it to other resources or services where appropriate.
- Coordinate with certain municipal services or other administrative or community resources, for the treatment, management and monitoring of especially significant, complex or far-reaching conflicts.
Requirements
- University training in the social field (social education, social work, psychology, anthropology, pedagogy, sociology, political and administration sciences, etc.).
- More than 2 years experience in conflict resolution or psychosocial intervention.
- Approved postgraduate degree in community mediation.
- Registered in the registry of private law mediators.
- Have the Negative Certificate of Sexual Crimes.
