From the Pere Tarrés Foundation we provide Mediators for a Citizen Media Service to Castelldefels. To work 25 hours/weekly (4 mornings and 2 afternoons, schedules to be determined)
Offered contract of 6 months. Incorporation at the end of November.
Functions:
-Manage the conflicts made explicit by the citizens that address the center and/or the derivatives of other municipal bodies or institutions, using mediation and other conflict resolution techniques.
-Prevent the escalation of conflict in difficult situations that already exist, as well as future ones.
-Train and donate resources to referral agents and citizens in general for the resolution of conflicts.
-Disseminate the service at the municipal level (both to people and entities, etc.)
– Work in the field with social agents, entities, institutions, etc.
