The Cehegín Mediation office, a pioneering center in the Region of Murcia, has received a national quality award for public administration. The launch of this service, which has 14 officials trained in conflict mediation, has made it possible to alleviate the burden on investigative courts.
The Councilor for Citizen Security, Jerónimo Moya, has classified this initiative as “very interesting.” Furthermore, he explained that “it can solve problems that may arise in daily life without going to court.”
