At EIM we always opt for training and in this case we do it in the form of webinar. An informative tool whose main function is to talk about current issues.
In this Webinar we are going to address the topic of "Mediation and other appropriate means of dispute resolution". A summary of what we will talk about will be about the procedural efficiency bill.
Along with mediation, the procedural efficiency bill introduces other useful mechanisms to resolve conflicts that contemplate what has come to be called multi-door justice.
It will be directed by J. Pascual Ortuño Muñoz, Presiding Magistrate of the 12th section of the Provincial Court of Barcelona.
