PROFILE/REQUIREMENTS
It is essential to meet the three requirements:
– Minimum university training degree in some discipline related to the social sciences (social education, social work, anthropology, sociology, psychology).
– Accredited training in intercultural social mediation
– 2 years of experience in intercultural social mediation

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a motivated person to join our Real Estate Servicing department made up of 8 people as a Real Estate Asset Recovery Manager/Mediator, reporting directly to the Department Director (member of the management team).
The main objective of the person will be the recovery by voluntary delivery of illegally occupied properties from our client's portfolio through mediation and friendly negotiation with the occupants of the home. This friendly management is carried out in parallel to a judicial process led by the property. .

REQUIREMENTS
