Features
- Facilitate communication processes between unaccompanied foreign minors and the professionals of the Residences.
- Promote knowledge of the culture and values of our society.
- Guide and advise the professionals of the Residence to carry out an appropriate intervention with migrant minors from the multicultural competence of the figure of the mediator.
- Help in the educational task and sociocultural adaptation of the minors in care, facilitating their understanding of any instructions given to them by the Residence's Technical Team.
- Promote knowledge of the rules of coexistence, as well as the organization and operation of the center.
- Facilitate coexistence relationships within the Residence, providing anti-cultural knowledge that promotes rapprochement and understanding between people from different cultures (minors and professionals).
- Intervene in the management and resolution of possible conflicts that could occur both inside and outside the Residence (educational centers, work centers, leisure areas, etc.).
- Facilitate the communication of professionals with the minor's family of origin, in order to know the minor's location and situation, and collaborate in the transmission of information and the sending of documentation to achieve full identification.
Requirements
- Intermediate or higher level training cycle in subjects related to the sociocultural field, high school or higher degree and/or proven experience in carrying out tasks of a similar nature.
- Arabian language
- ANOTHER LANGUAGE VALUABLE: French or English.
- The updated negative certificate of sexual crimes will be requested.

Features
- Participate in the coordination mechanisms established with the technical team of the services and with the team coordinators and Program Coordinator and the Director of the CAI.
- Assist the ETMF and CAF to monitor and evaluate cases.
- Attend face-to-face coordination meetings, in which to receive and provide the necessary instructions to integrate the service's performance into the overall intervention process that is being carried out or has been designed for the family.
- Involve other resources that can be integrated into the action plan or to which a partial referral can be made to complement some aspect of the intervention.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Social Education.
- Specific training of at least 150 hours with minors and/or family. Valuable Expert or Master of Family Intervention and Family Mediation.
- Negative certificate for sexual crimes.
