- Providing specific training in mediation, as well as any other training related to the position, will be highly valued.

- Help in the educational task and sociocultural adaptation of the minors in care, facilitating their understanding of any instructions given to them by the Residence's Technical Team.
- Promote knowledge of the rules of coexistence, as well as the organization and operation of the center.
- Facilitate coexistence relationships within the Residence, providing ethnocultural knowledge that promotes rapprochement and understanding between people from different cultures (minors and professionals).
- Intervene in the management and resolution of possible conflicts that could occur both inside and outside the Residence (educational centers, work centers, leisure areas, etc.).
- Facilitate the communication of professionals with the minor's family of origin, in order to know the minor's location and situation, and collaborate in the transmission of information and the sending of documentation to achieve full identification.
Requirements
- Training cycles, or professional certificates, of intermediate level in subjects related to the sociocultural area, high school and/or proven experience in carrying out tasks of the same or similar nature.
- Provision of one of the following qualifications: the mother tongue of the mediators will be Arabic.
- Intermediate or higher level training cycle in subjects related to the sociocultural field, high school diploma and/or proven experience in carrying out tasks of a similar nature.
