- Carry out educational intervention tasks with minors/young people and/or families, being responsible for the comprehensive and globalizing training of the minor/young person or group of minors/young people in their care.
- Participate, together with the technicians and under the direction of the director and/or coordinator, in the educational process of the minor/young person, performing orientation, programming, execution and evaluation functions.
- Preparation and monitoring of the intervention plan for each minor/young person or group.
- Organize daily life and attend to the needs of the units or groups in accordance with the provisions of current regulations and the instructions of the center's management, in order to promote the comprehensive development of minors and young people and their personal and social autonomy.
- Supervise the work of the educational technical assistant and controller.
- Actively contribute to maintaining the security and order of the center and supervises and responds to possible emergencies that occur in the group under their charge.
- Inform the Center Management on a daily basis of the actions carried out and the incidents that have occurred, as well as the measures adopted.
- Know and apply current regulations.
- Prepare and fill out all the documents and records that are considered appropriate, as well as the relevant reports on the behavior and evolution of the minors or young people in their care that are established.
Requirements
- Qualification compatible with the job: University training with a diploma or degree (preferably in Social Education) or related to the work carried out by the Child Protection Centers.
- Proficiency in Native Arabic or accredited C1.
- 2 years of experience in the field of child protection or 300 hours of additional training in the social field.
- Accreditation of the requirement of not having been convicted by a final judgment for any crime against sexual freedom and indemnity.
- Organization and management capacity.
