The Third Mediation Congress of Catalan Lawyers recently took place, an event in which more than a hundred jurists and mediation professionals were invited.
Event objective
The main objective of this congress is to promote mediation as a means of conflict resolution complementary to judicial means. A faster and less emotionally involved agreement for the parties involved, which, as Lourdes Ciuró, Minister of Justice of the Generalitat, has defended, is “efficient, effective and even sustainable” and reduces the cost and duration of processes by around 80%.
Our contribution
In our school we have a wide training offer made up of 17 specialties, courses, specialists and a master's degree, ideal for training you in the field of mediation and enabling the resolution of these conflicts in an alternative, agile and efficient way.
All of them taught by great professionals of mediation who will provide follow-up and professional guidance during and after the training both for the resolution of doubts and for access to the labor market.
Our training gives access to the main records of mediators, both at the state and regional level and is recognized at the national level since the content is fully adapted to Royal Decree 980/2013, of December 13, which develops the Mediation Law, which is national in scope.
