Valencia Chamber and CEV Valencia will promote mediation between companies with the aim of avoiding judicial proceedings in the conflict resolution.
Eva Blasco from the Valencian Community Business Confederation (CEV) and José Vicente Morata from Cámara Valencia have approved a collaboration agreement to promote the use of le mediation in the different relationships that may arise between companies from the province of Valencia.
For this to take place, the mediation services of the Court of Arbitration of Valencia have been made available to the Valencian Community Business Confederation as an alternative solution to judicial means. This service will be focused on commercial or professional activities that take place in companies affiliated with the CEV.
These organizations will establish conferences, round tables and seminars that publicize this mediation service between companies as a conflict management and resolution procedure.
