Last Thursday, February 25, the session on "News on the Draft Law on Procedural Efficiency Measures of the Public Justice Service in the Matter of Mediation" took place during the event organized by the Foundation for Research on Law and Justice. Company (FIDE).
In this act, according to this news, Borja Vargues, general secretary for Innovation and Quality of the Public Justice Service, stressed that the Draft Law on Procedural Efficiency Measures of the Public Justice Service will aim to solve problems through agreement, that is, through mediation.
As highlighted at the event, the objective of the preliminary project is encourage the management and resolution of conflicts through agreement. To do this, it will be necessary to carry out measures to disseminate and promote mediation, with the aim of raising awareness among legal operators.
This session was moderated by Manuel Diaz, general secretary of the Fide Mediation Center.
