- Collaborate with social workers of reference for individuals and families in the detection and assessment of situations, intervention design and case monitoring.
- Carry out accompaniment and socio-educational actions at an individual and group level in relation to the areas of economic and domestic organization.
- Carry out preventive actions with people and families who are in a vulnerable situation that may affect their housing stability.
- Generate group spaces that facilitate contact for people with accommodation needs, through professional mediation, promoting the possibility of access to shared housing and the creation of informal support networks.
Requirements
- University degree in Social Education.
- Training in mediation and conflict management.
- Minimum one year experience in intervention programs with families in vulnerable situations related to housing, in intervention in primary social care, interdisciplinary work and community development.
- Minimum six months' experience in intervention in conflict management and mediation.
