Requirements:
University degree or training related to the position: graduates or graduates in social education, sociocultural animation, sexology or psychology specializing in social inclusion.
Dynamic person with the ability to develop the functions of the job in each of its phases:
– Dissemination of the project in a specific location
– Participant recruitment management
– Collaboration in the design and development of the project through its own activities and methodologies
– Evaluation of objectives.
– Ability to coordinate groups and work as a team.
– Creativity, pro-activity and social skills.

Depending on the Coordinator of the Shelter, the selected person will be responsible for providing guidance and information on existing resources for each case, as well as establishing criteria and systematizing the work to guarantee a high quality service.

Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team in identifying the itinerary of the women who come to the shelter. Carry out individual social orientation to the women beneficiaries of the center. Coordination with different resources. Participation in team meetings. Preparation of reports.
