Promotion of mediation in Andalusia through information points

The Junta de Andalucía promotes mediation with an amount of more than €850,000 for the management of Mediation Information Points (PIMA).

The objective of this two-year contract, extendable for another two, is the progress of the Information Points which, after a pilot test, has been a very satisfactory and necessary experience to raise awareness in society that there are other ways beyond the judicial one.

Information points

Information Points are an alternative system to conflict resolution based on the search for solutions out of court. The parties involved are aware of their differences and voluntarily seek a solution by engaging in dialogue with the aim of finding a satisfactory outcome for both.

  • Where is it located: The contract is divided into 10 parts, corresponding to the 10 information points established in the 8 Andalusian provinces: Cádiz, Huelva, Seville, Córdoba, Málaga, Granada, Jaén and Almería. They are located in judicial headquarters and are spaces assigned by the Ministry.
  • Functioning: The service will be available from Monday to Friday in the mornings for 5 hours, although if the applicant needs it, it can be attended to after hours.
  • Professionals: The service provided at the information points will be developed by professionals who will advise applicants about the best way to resolve their conflict without the need to take it to court.

  1. The information from PIMA is very interesting, could we mediate, to be able to do some internship in said organization?
Or can you provide us with a contact so we can offer our services as interns?
    Thank you so much .

  2. Alicia's solutions are as wonderful as the Country she visits. Your flexibility, versatility and capacity for resolution is in everything, like when you find yourself in trouble, when you eat the cookie that increases it, or because you ate the one that shrinks it. She always resolves the conflict, and returns to "normality."
