Profile/Requirements
IT IS ESSENTIAL TO MEET THE THREE REQUIREMENTS:
1 Minimum university training degree in some discipline related to the social sciences (social education, social work, anthropology, sociology, psychology).
2. Accredited training in intercultural social mediation
3. 2 years of experience in intercultural social mediation

Requirements:
The basic criteria that the candidate must meet are:
· Completed school education (Baccalaureate or equivalent)
· Good presence/professionalism
· Good customer service, empathy and communication and negotiation skills
· Excellent organizational skills
· Wide availability of hours from Monday to Friday
· Experience in using CRM or similar type applications
· Good use of the Internet, email and office tools (mainly Excel)
· License and ability to drive a motorcycle, although it is not essential to have it (the motorcycle can be provided by the company)
It is highly valuable to have previous experience in the real estate sector and/or as a salesperson or similar in other sectors.
