We are looking for a person with a qualification as an expert in family mediation (those who do not meet this requirement should abstain) and demonstrable experience in all situations covered by the field of family mediation: difficulty in coexistence and communication as a couple, communication problems and relationships between parents. and children, conflicts in the extended family group, etc.
The work is carried out two days a week, Tuesday and Thursday, in the afternoon, from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. In 2021, the working day would increase by one hour a day, and the hours would be from 3:15 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

It will develop the following functions:

• Manage communication between the parties involved in the project.
• Respond to demands and requests for information from participants.

Requirements:
Minimum formal training required: Intermediate University Degree, Diploma in Labor Relations, Social Work or similar.
– Accredited experience of at least 12 months working with vulnerable groups in the workplace
– Complementary training of at least 70 hours in professional guidance.
– Training in Gender Equality of at least 70 hours.
– Knowledge about the socio-labor reality of people with social difficulties.
– Knowledge about the management of New Technologies and Social Networks for employment and personal skills
– Computer knowledge in the Windows and Microsoft Office environment (Office 365).
– Driving License B and own vehicle.
