- Support the intervention of municipal services in the territory (social services, housing office...), in particular working jointly with the rest of the program team.
- Carry out awareness-raising and community promotion interventions with different services (educational, health, leisure) and entities in the territory.
- Act as a bridge between the neighborhood and the administration and speaker of the needs and interests that are most difficult to identify by the administration and services.
Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of Pakistani culture (native).
- Proficiency in the Urdu language, oral and written.
- Fluency in Catalan and Spanish, oral and written.
- Training and/or experience of at least one year in mediation and conflict resolution or translation is essential.
- Qualifications in the social field are valuable: Degree in Social Work, Social Education or equivalent or higher, such as graduates in Psychology, Law, Anthropology or Sociology.
