-Bachelor's degree in one of the branches of the CCSS (Law, Psychology, Social Work).
-Minimum 2 years experience in a resource with the same characteristics, dedicated to family mediation.
-Be registered in the register of mediators.

Social participation technician with mediation in Valencia
Description:
Within the framework of the Valencian program for temporary protection of Human Rights Defenders, managed by CEAR and promoted by various Valencian organizations and the Valencia City Council, the objective is to offer temporary protection to Human Rights defenders at risk due to to its activity in defense of Human Rights.
In addition, political advocacy, awareness-raising and reporting actions will be carried out before Valencian society and public administrations regarding the violations of Human Rights that occur in the countries where the sheltered people come from.
Minimum requirements:
-Degree in Humanities/C. Social, Baccalaureate, Vocational Training, Social mediation or sociocultural revitalization.
-Previous experience in similar projects or in political participation and advocacy projects in matters of asylum, refuge or in defense of Human Rights.
-Experience working with refugees and/or human rights defenders.
-Training in human rights and gender.
-Database and Internet management, social networks.
-Experience in execution and justification of projects related to human rights.
Features:
-Accompaniment and monitoring of defenders: arrival, reception, management of accommodation and coexistence, and coordination of program activities that will be determined between CEAR PV, organizations and administrations.
-Support and coordination in the program activities corresponding to psychosocial care and training and awareness activities for the people welcomed.
-Manage, execute, justify, energize and supervise the program regarding the activities to be carried out and the documentary and economic justification of the project before the organizations and the administration.
-Continuous coordination and dialogue over time with the rest of the project actors and with other organizations, administrations and entities.
-Accompaniment and organization of activities carried out by the people welcomed in the program in the different locations and spaces where they are held.
-Conducting talks, meetings, presentations and events to promote the project activities.
-Develop their work in coordination with the strategic lines of the Incidence Area, participating in the meetings, activities and actions of the rest of the local regional and state projects.
-Develop administrative functions linked to the project, updating, managing and maintaining communication and training tools, both internal and external.
-The tasks of the program will be carried out with the coordination and under the supervision of the different people responsible for the CEAR areas and the territorial coordination of CEAR PV.

We currently need to fill several Social Integration Technician vacancies for a newly opened reception center (humanitarian care) in San Cristobal de la Laguna.
Minimum requirements:
-CFGS Social integration / TASOC / Other qualifications in the social field.
-Previous experience in the field of social action.
-Knowledge about the field of migration and international protection.
-Ability to work in team.
-Communication and listening skills and conflict resolution skills, knowledge of mediation tools will be valued.
-Organizational capacity.
-Efficient use of Word and Excel and computer applications.
-Languages (high level in at least 1 of the following): English, French, Arabic.
Features:
-Management and organization of the camp: admissions, transfers, supervision of the operation and organization of the camp (accommodation, meal shifts, operating rules, use of the different services, etc.).
-Monitoring of coexistence and management and resolution of conflicts/mediation.
-Direct attention to users: initial reception in the camp, user identification, basic information and orientation, attention to basic needs, technical monitoring of users, referral to other services when appropriate (psychological care, legal care and social care).
-Community revitalization: design and planning of group leisure activities (recreational, sports, cultural).
-Support in administrative tasks linked to the service: monitoring of files and documentation, processing and management of financial aid, etc.
-Registration of users in the different Accem applications: Reception App, Egorrión, others.
-Collaboration in other complementary tasks of care or intervention with users, when necessary and depending on the internal organization of the reception center.
