- Promote knowledge of the culture and values of our society.
- Help in the educational task and sociocultural adaptation of the minors in care.
- Intervene in the management and resolution of possible conflicts that may arise both inside and outside the Residence (educational centers, work centers, leisure areas, etc.)
- Facilitate the communication of professionals with the minor's family of origin, in order to know the minor's location and situation, and collaborate in the transmission of information and the sending of documentation to achieve full identification.
Requirements
- Intermediate or higher level training cycle in subjects related to sociocultural field, high school diploma and/or proven experience in performing tasks of a similar nature.
- Arabian language.
- Commitment, flexibility, teamwork, planning and organization.
