- Intervene in the management and resolution of possible conflicts that could occur both inside and outside the Residence (educational centers, work centers, leisure areas, etc.).
- Facilitate the communication of professionals with the minor's family of origin, in order to know the minor's location and situation, and collaborate in the transmission of information and the sending of documentation to achieve full identification.
Requirements
- Academic qualification of high school or higher.
- Valuable training in intercultural mediation.
- Availability to work on a night shift.
