At Grupo El Castillo we are opening a selection process for the incorporation of intercultural mediators in our centre located in Madrid.
Would you like to fill the position?
Features
- Facilitate communication between the center's users and the socio-educational team.
- Act as an intermediary in conflict situations arising from cultural differences.
- It helps migrants or people belonging to cultural minorities to integrate into a new society without losing their cultural identity.
Required training
- Qualification compatible with the job: university degree, bachelor's degree or diploma in social work or a related field.
Experience requested
- At least 1 year of experience working with different sociocultural groups.
Other requirements
- Fluency in Arabic, French and/or Wolof.
- Flexible schedule.
- Driving license and own vehicle.
- Previous experience working in this position will be highly valued.
- Communication skills.
- Teamwork.
- Punctuality and seriousness.

Requirements
- Accreditation in accordance with Order 8/2011, of May 19, regulating the accreditation of the figure of the intercultural mediator and the Registry of Intercultural Mediators of the Valencian Community.
Other requirements
- Fluency in Arabic, French and/or Wolof.

- Driving license and own vehicle.
