The Navarra Mediation Association (ANAME) launched the 'Covid-19' program, a free telematic mediation service, aimed at solving coexistence problems (both at the domestic, neighborhood or work level) that are being generated by the confinement of the population.
The sessions, as stated by the association, "are a space in which a sincere and respectful dialogue is proposed, always based on voluntariness, confidentiality and impartiality." they specified.
To avail of the services of this initiative it will be necessary to write an email to: services.aname@outlook.com, briefly explaining the case and the will of the interested parties. It will be necessary for both parties to have some system to carry out the video conference, such as Whatsapp, Hangout or Skype.
