Social Integrator / Educational Technical Assistant Foster Home for the Protection of Minors.
Features
- Support in educational intervention with minors in need of protection.
- Participate in the educational process through daily monitoring of the minors in the resource.
- Collaboration in the monitoring of the intervention plan with each minor.
- To accompany and support the intervention in daily life and attend to the needs of minors in accordance with the instructions of the entity, in order to promote the development and autonomy of the minor.
- Participate in projects specific to training, leisure and free time activities…
- Keeping safe and the order of the home.
- Report daily on the actions carried out.
- Working as a team to achieve the educational objectives set for each case.
- Other functions required by the project.

Required profile
Higher Vocational Training Course in Social Integration or Diploma or Graduate in Social Education or from the same field with a clear vocation for working with minors and with personal and professional skills for teamwork.

Job Description
Intervene pedagogically and educationally with the users of the educational center. Participate with the technicians under the supervision of the management in the study and preparation of the intervention plan for each subject or group. Specifically, implement said intervention plan within the educational project of the center.
Minimum requirements
Diploma and/or Degree in Social Education and/or qualification as a social educator. Mastery of both intellectual and manual strategies of the position. Ability to model behaviour for minors. Possession of a certificate of absence of a criminal record of a sexual nature. High motivation for educational work with minors. High learning capacity. Persuasive and influential. Minimum of one year's experience.
