Job Description

At Allies for Integration we are looking for a MEDIATOR for an indefinite part-time contract from Monday to Friday in one of our juvenile centers located in VALLADOLID:

Features

Be a personal support figure for parents

  • Maintain direct and continuous access to the family, as well as active search for information and the real situation of the minor.
  • Model and teach parents knowledge and skills through activities that can be proposed to them.
  • Mediating parent-child conflicts, as well as modeling problem-solving strategies.
  • Assess the emotional situation of family members or family relational dynamics and determine specific treatment needs
  • Follow the line of intervention to follow in each case.
  • Preparation of reports Regarding the interventions

Requirements

  • Experience in mediation with families (parents and adolescents)
  • Degree in psychology, social work or family educator

Job Description

Depending on the Coordination of the Humanitarian Assistance Program, we are looking to incorporate a Social Mediator for the Usera device,

Minimum requirements

• Higher Vocational Training (sociocultural area) and/or Intercultural Social Mediation Training.
• Accredited experience of at least 6 months in intervention with migrants
• Experience in social mediation and intercultural awareness actions.
• High level of French
• User level computer knowledge.

Family and/or neighborhood mediator - mediation service SS de los Reyes. Indefinite 38.5h/week

Trama Center Association It is a non-governmental organization whose basic objective is the defense of human rights and the improvement of the quality of life of socially disadvantaged groups.

At this moment we are selecting 1 mediator to join the “Family and Civic-Social or Neighborhood Mediation Program” of the municipality of San Sebastián de los Reyes.

The purpose of the contract is the provision of the Family Mediation Service and Resolution of civic-social or neighbourhood conflicts aimed at families and residents of the municipality, to be carried out by the Department of Welfare and Social Protection referred by the Municipal Social Services.

It consists of the provision of a specialized service aimed at preventing intra-family conflicts, the resolution of conflicts between parties, avoiding the opening of contentious judicial proceedings, putting an end to those already initiated or reducing their negative consequences, facilitating the parties in mediation to comply with judicial resolutions that affect family relationships and the resolution of neighborhood conflicts, facilitating and promoting the resolution of coexistence problems in a peaceful and satisfactory manner for the parties in conflict.

The MARIANA ALLSOPP FOUNDATION (FMA), is a private, non-profit organization whose purpose is to offer alternatives for the future to children, young people and women who are in situations of violence, vulnerability, extreme exclusion or at risk of being so. It offers a comprehensive response, from a human rights and gender perspective, to the countless difficulties and risks/dangers that these groups may encounter. Required profile

  • Diploma or degree in Social work.
  • Minimum experience of 2 years, as a family and/or neighborhood mediator.
  • Mediators must possess the TSpecific title of Master and/or Expert in Family Mediation, as well as being registered in the Registry of Family Mediators.
