ARQUISOCIAL is an entity committed to managing diversity, equal treatment and opportunities between women, men, trans people and LGTBI. An intercultural mediator with a command of Arabic/French, as well as a command of Spanish, is required for the protection of unaccompanied migrant adolescents in Zaragoza with immediate incorporation.
The contract made will be of a temporary nature for replacement.
Profile
- Training in intercultural mediation.
- Mastery of Spanish and other languages such as French/Arabic is essential.
- Experience in child protection centres as an intercultural mediator or in international protection resources
Training in equality and having a disability certificate equal to or greater than 33% will be positively valued.
Features
- Collaborate in facilitating communication with children and adolescents in the residential resource.
- Collaborate in carrying out auxiliary tasks and supporting the technical team of the resource.
- Carry out observation and communication tasks on issues relating to children and adolescents.
- To provide basic care and ensure the physical and mental integration of young people, just like the rest of the center's staff.
- Prepare and complete all documents deemed appropriate according to their functions.
- Accompany young people on issues that the educational team considers relevant.
- Actively participate in and comply with the center's protocols and regulations.

Job Description
At the GINSO Association (Association for the management of Social Integration), we focus our Main objective in the social integration of minors and young people in social conflict and groups at risk of exclusion, since 2001.
We are currently looking for an INTERCULTURAL MEDIATOR profile to start working with us on an INDEFINITE CONTRACT, working in one of our Juvenile Centers located in BREA DE TAJO, MADRID.
Required profile
- Availability to join immediately.
- Qualification: higher degree in social integration or similar, or university training in Psychology, Social Education, Social Work, etc.
- Have a vehicle to access the work center located in Brea de Tajo.
- Have specific training in the area of intercultural mediation (intercultural mediation course).
Features
- Proceed to study the information contained in the young person's file.
- Complement the study and personal and social diagnosis of the young person considering key aspects: personal and family history, the migratory process, a history of lack of protection, the sociocultural keys of the country of origin, etc.
- Collaborate with the educational team in the planning and development of the assessment and care of minors.
- Support the educational team in language learning, administrative regularization, social and labor promotion, etc.
- Collaborate in identifying the family of origin and in assessing the situation of the young person and the possibility of family reintegration, etc.
- Support social awareness in relation to the situation and needs of the young people received.
- Mediate in situations of conflict or difficulties in the relationship with professionals, institutions and the socio-community network.

Social Mediator for Minors, Arcos de la Frontera
Job Description

From SAMU We need to incorporate a mediator to work in one of our social and labour integration centres, located in the town of Arcos de la Frontera, in Cádiz. Professional with demonstrable experience in socio-educational intervention with minors at risk of exclusion, with immediate availability and flexible hours.
Features
- Interpret and translate interventions between minors and the educational and/or technical team.
- Facilitate and ensure coexistence and a good climate in the center.
- Mediate in conflict situations.
- Contact the family of origin, as well as advise on the appropriate legal processes for minors to obtain the necessary documentation.
- Collaborate in the execution of the individual and center educational program, under the supervision of the educator and in coordination with the educational team.
- Receive and accommodate minors upon their arrival at the resort.
- Participate with the team of educators in the organization of the residence.
Required profile
- Qualification compatible with the job: University degree in the social branch.
- Knowledge of Arabic and/or Wolof, native level or accredited C1.
- Intercultural mediation studies.
- Accreditation of the requirement of not having been convicted by a final judgment for any crime against sexual freedom and indemnity.
- Flexible schedule.
- Driving license and own vehicle.
