The City Council of A Coruña launches a Free telephone Conflict Mediation service. In collaboration with the Galician Mediation Circle (CIMEGA), this measure is intended to solve those problematic situations caused by the confinement decreed in the State of Alarm.
From the Consistory they specified that the Mediation service is confidential and it has no cost. “It can range from disputes in the domestic sphere, between family members, to arguments between neighbors of a community, through to the work and business fields”
This telephone service will be provided by mediators associated with CIMEGA and can be accessed through the information telephone 010.
