I have completed the Specialty in Intercultural Mediation, the content of the course is easy to understand, they have a diversity in format (PDF and video) and the freedom to study each one at their own pace. The teacher would highlight his professionalism, experience and knowledge in the subject, closeness, kindness and willingness to resolve doubts.
