- Promote the psychosocial integration of children and adolescents cared for on a personal, social and family level.
- Develop and lead the implementation of innovative and evidence-based psychotherapeutic and educational intervention models.
- Prepare and coordinate the execution of intervention programs individually and in groups.
- Promote the use of new technologies in evaluation of results and psychoeducational intervention.
- Design and implement action protocols in accordance with the needs of the resource.
- Guidance and advice to professionals who carry out their work in direct contact with children and adolescents.
- Preparation of technical reports.

Requirements
- University degree related to the Psychosocial sector (Psychology, Social Education, Social Work, Sociology or similar).
- Previous experience performing the functions of the position and managing teams.
- Previous experience in a residential and/or therapeutic center for minors.
- Management of protocols, procedures and quality systems.
