Requirements
- Have the minimum required qualification. Higher technical cycle.
- There must be a high motivation for the work offered and identification with the principles, mission and vision of the Spanish Red Cross.
- Type B driving license.
- B2 level of English, Arabic or French (creditable, test is taken).
- Advanced management of computer applications.
- Experience in similar positions.
- Training and experience in working with other disadvantaged groups.
- Another higher or secondary university degree in social area.

Social Mediator in Madrid
Description
Red Cross Madrid needs to incorporate a Social Mediator to work at the Barajas Airport during the weekend in the Refugee project, reporting to the coordinator of the Refugee Project.
Requirements
- Higher Level Vocational Training (sociocultural area)
- Accredited experience of at least 6 months in intervention with immigrants
- Experience in social mediation and intercultural awareness actions
- Knowledge of English and/or French
- User-level computer knowledge (Word, Excel, Access, Internet)
Features
- Address the needs of the population participating in the project to welcome applicants for international protection, refugees and displaced persons at the Madrid Barajas Airport
- Support in the design, planning of intervention actions and training of participants, developing functions and management specific to their knowledge and area of belonging.
- Carrying out actions to facilitate the integration of participants in the project
- Respond to demands and requests for information from participants
- Manage and coordinate with public or private, internal or external entities linked to the activity carried out
- Carry out the procedures of the area of belonging following criteria indicated by those responsible
- Prepare and manage the documentation of the activity carried out
- Support in the preparation of reports and memories of the activity area
- Collaborate on other ordinary and/or extraordinary issues of the position or organization
