We are looking for educational staff for the LAGUNA area of Madrid to work for the tburns with children, girls and teenagers + 3 mornings for programming, management, family care and coordination. The person who joins will accompany these minors in improving their academic performance, developing social skills and emotional competencies. Immediate incorporation.

Social worker, weekends, two apartments for former wards
Job Description
YoPart-time Social Integrator for weekends, which will carry out socio-educational work aimed at the emancipation of young people who are former guardians of the Community of Madrid and who have just reached the age of majority, in two supervised self-management residential units with five places each.
The individual will be part of a technical team in charge of organizing and supervising the smooth running of residential resources, supporting processes of acquiring functional autonomy in the domestic and community sphere. The individual must attend a weekly, face-to-face coordination meeting on Tuesdays from three to five.
Requirements
- Possess at least qualification as a Social Integrator or other discipline related to socio-educational intervention, with a minimum of two years' experience working with minors in care or former young people in care.
- Possess experience in residential resource management and be able to perform modeling tasks within the domestic sphere (e.g. teaching young people to cook, or to acquire proper household cleaning and maintenance habits, recycling).
- Having worked with minors or young migrants. Experience in socio-educational work related to community social integration, job placement and leisure and free time management.

As part of the Refugee Program Coordination, we are looking to recruit a Social Mediator on night shift for Barajas.
Features
- Help refugees understand and adapt to the culture, norms and customs of the host country.
- Organize workshops on cultural aspects, rights and duties, coexistence, and use of public services.
- Promote interaction between the local community and refugees to foster mutual understanding and reduce discrimination.
- Assist refugees in managing procedures such as access to residence permits, asylum applications, health, housing and education.
- Provide guidance on legal and social resources available in the country.
- Act as intermediaries between refugees and public or private institutions. Also with social workers in more complex cases that require specialized support.
